Activities

Diversity Charter Denmark offers signatory companies the opportunity to participate in a range of activities aimed at sharing and exchanging knowledge and experiences to strengthen their work with diversity and inclusion. The charter's activities run for a calendar year at a time and consist of six different events, five of which are webinars, along with an annual Signing Event. In the future, there will also be physical networking events and other activities that you, as signatories, will have the opportunity to participate in.

AI4Diversity is Diversity Charter Denmark’s Annual Signing Event 2026, hosted by Danske Bank. The event brings together organisations, civil society and experts to explore how artificial intelligence intersects with diversity and inclusion — and how organisations can take responsibility for embedding DEIB considerations into the development, governance and use of AI. 

With keynotes, conversations and panels, we will touch on:

  • Responsible AI
  • Equal access to AI competencies
  • The role of inclusion in data-driven decision-making

2025

The 2025 program included two network meetings: ‘Anonymous Recruitment and Unconscious Bias’ in September, and ‘Measuring Inclusion: From Principle to Practice’ in November.

Across our two network meetings, we’ve discussed topics such as: Anonymous Recruitment, Unconscious Bias, Legal frameworks in boundaries for data collection/measurement, practical approaches to track progress, and how measurements can turn commitments into real impact.

The 2024 program featured a “Bias in Communication” workshop on March 6, the Signing Event on May 2 focusing on active allyship, and network meetings on workplace inclusion — “Working with Denmark” on October 23 and reducing discrimination on November 29.

Key activities included a workshop on collecting minority data, the Diversity Month Opening Event on April 28, and the annual Signing Event on May 9, bringing together organizations to strengthen their diversity efforts.
